Hovers NOT click.  Clicking the tab takes me to another screen instead of just displaying the drop down selection and the next screen doesn't have the selections I need.  Best example of this is this BP Portal.  Thanks! Try spying the element you want, then just use a Navigate to click, without bothering to hover over the tabs. Often the element exists invisibly on the page already and the hovering over the tab just makes it visible. Try it, it might work.
