I need to spy an element on windows application that appears when the mouse hovers on the tabs on the application screen. Hovers NOT click. Clicking the tab takes me to another screen instead of just displaying the drop down selection and the next screen doesn't have the selections I need. Best example of this is this BP Portal. Thanks!

Hi Crystal - with some web pages you can click an invisible element without needing to display it first. Try spying the element you want, then just use a Navigate to click, without bothering to hover over the tabs. Often the element exists invisibly on the page already and the hovering over the tab just makes it visible. Try it, it might work.
