Copy Data from excel and Paste in SAP and copy status from SAP and paste in Excel

Hi Experts,

My requirement is there is excel with list of Sales Order No.
Now Bot will copy single SO#, enter into SAP , go to line item details, go to SOLI user status , copy data from there and paste in excel ( Next column of Sales Order). Next time BOT will do same activity. There are 50 SO# in the excel and its changing every day.
Will it be possible . If Yes. How.??

In SO status section there are multiple status of the SO day wise.
Any one can give me solution.??

Do you mean 2nd day more 50 row data get added under first 50 row ?

No no. Sorry for confusion.

Next day new excel file will generate with might have less no of SO.
Don't mixed up with next day data.
I only need solution of single days data.

Use work Queues and each time and tag the status, and pull the data whenever it is required so that it will generate day wise.
