    <description>Hi Michael,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The error message &lt;SPAN&gt;HRESULT: 0x80010001&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;RPC_E_CALL_REJECTED is generated by Excel application and invoked by Blue Prism.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Or The specific user account may not having sufficient access rights to save the file on the network drive.&lt;BR /&gt;To resolve this issue, please review through the following links.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;

      <title>Unable to save excel file in Shared Path drive</title>

      <description>Hi Team,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;When BOT tries to save the excel file in shared path drive it throws the error message :&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;"Could not execute code stage because exception thrown by code stage: Call was rejected by callee.       <description>1- Make Sure you have the shared drive configured on your system&lt;BR /&gt;2- Make sure you have sufficient write access to the drive/folder that you are trying to access.&lt;BR /&gt;3- While reading the data, make sure, you copy the file to a local folder before reading- This will save time and also save lot of connection issues.&lt;BR /&gt;4- While writing the data to the drive, I would prefer to write file in local folder, then copy/move it to where you want on the shared drive.
