Mainframe - QuickSecure 3270 Emulator - Character mismatch while updating.

Hi,

In my process, I need to update information in a QuickSecure 3270 application. However, I am facing the below challenge while updating/writing on to the screen.

Scenario 1:

Username: Robot_id

Bot updates the username as "robot-id".

Scenario 2:

Document ID: 234$56

Bot updates the Document ID as 234456. (Here the bot is not updating the $ symbol instead picked the number 4 from the keystrokes.)

The stage used for writing into the mainframe system is "Navigate" and the action used here is "Send Keys Event".

Kindly advise.
