    <description>Hi John / Team ,

I am facing a problem with region mode spying .

Application is our Windows OS by-default Calculator . Spied some random numbers and the result display screen . While trying to read the result value after the mathematical operation , the code is unable to identify the result screen spied using the region mode . Note : While spying the by-default number "0" is included at one's place . I suspect its due to the retain image option under the Behavior section of the results&amp;nbsp;which is set to&amp;nbsp;"True" and we are unable to change it to&amp;nbsp;"False" . So when the result is say "1234" the screen is not being&amp;nbsp;highlighted . But when the result screen has "0" ( as during the spying) , then only the region is getting highlighted . Am I missing something ?. Can you guide us on how to make sure the&amp;nbsp;region is identified when the code is run with any value inside it.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Blue Prism version we are using is V6 .

Attaching the screenshot having the region we are trying to capture and its Result parameters .

&amp;nbsp;

Regards,

Yogesh.

      <title>Hi Yogesh - by choosing …</title>
      <link>https://community.blueprism.com/t5/Product-Forum/Blue-Prism-Version-6-Surface-Automation-Region-mode-spying-issue/m-p/85833#M36776</link>
      <description>Hi Yogesh - by choosing 'Image' Location Method you are telling BP to make the design time&amp;nbsp;image part of the element's identity. Try and Location Method=Coordinates and Retain Image=False instead. With these settings you&amp;nbsp;are saying&amp;nbsp;the region purely a 'geographical area' bound by coordinates, and the design time content of that region is irrelevant.</description>
