Your profile indicates you're a TAP partner, so I'm guessing you should have a representative assigned to your organization as your first point of contact at Blue Prism. The forum can be useful at times, but for this kind of thing, you really should be reaching out to your rep. And just fyi generally the reason for this is that if you're looking for pricing regarding the license model, it's an individual discussion as the price depends on several factors that you can discuss with the rep.
