<title>Process works when walking through it in the process studio but not in the control studio</title>

      <description>My process does the following

1. Loads a blue prism queue from outlook

2. Processes the queue by selecting the url in firefox and printing a page.

My problem

I load the queue and when I run the process by stepping through it in the process studio it works fine.

When I run the second process from the control studio I get the following messages randomly. The action which errors out is a simple "Global&amp;nbsp;Mouse Click Center" on a button.

Exception at Stage&amp;nbsp; Print Page&amp;nbsp; Internal-Failed to perform step 1 in Navigate Stage 'Click Printer Icon' on page 'Print' - Unable to match any Active Accessibility elements to the supplied query terms -

When I try to find it in the item that bombed in the application modeler I am able to spy the element. No sure what the problem is here. Appreciate any ideas to try.

<description>Control room runs processes at a much faster speed, so any weakness in the synchronisation logic (ie wait stages) that was not apparent while running slowly in Studio is suddenly exposed.</description>
