Not able to change value from drop down in chrome application

Hello All,

I need help. i am working blue prism version 6.4.3 and doing automation on chrome application.
I have automated chrome application with browser mode but not able to change drop down value.
i have already use select item with send keys but it is not working . it is working on lower environment like(Dev,Sit Uat).
But production it is not working.

please let me know if anyone can help me on the same.

Hi Shikha,

If it is working in Dev UAT then it may be some delay issue. Usually prod Environments are very fast. Try giving some delay for that Navigate action if you are giving multiple actions there.
Other wise you can use global send keys to directly right that particular option in the dropdown. you need to activate window fore sending any send keys.

Thankyou amlan..But we have added proper wait stage and activate window also.
and version of the chrome is same in uat and production also.

Have you tried running from control room in Dev to see if that functionality is working or not.

It would be helpful if you can add one screen shot.
Otherwise try sending Global Send Keys.

Yess Amlan, We have tried from control from in dev and uat.all the senario covered while testing. But in production it is not able to do changes.
i am using sending keys for navigate stage provide interval as well for the same and actived the application also

This is strange. Is it failing particular in that step or any other step also it's failing in Browser mode.
