We use MAPIex 2.0.6 to get mail from Outlook 2016. We have set up a new resource and for some reason the MAPIex prompts Outlook for a password everytime we run a process from control room. It works fine in both Process studio and Object studio. (It's the same issue with sending mail.) Any suggestions why this is a problem in Control room? I tried setting up a new profile but the same problem occured. I also used credentials / get objects to see if everything was the same in process vs. control, which it was. I ended up making an object that write the password, and I'll leave it with that for now.
