Login Agent - Login action with timeout error

Hey guys,

I am having a timeout error in the login agent login action, I am trying to connect to a runtime that is already logged out, but the login does not work and returns the message:
"Exception:: The operation timed out."

Have you tried to restart the Login Agent service?

I tried to restart the runtime, depending on the time it takes to run after restarting the login works, but if I take too long it stops working and keeps returning the same timeout error.

Hello Lucas,
The same issue happens in our enviromnent. We implemented periodic restart of the login agent service as a temporary solution.
Is it possible to keep your machines logged in (e.g restart the service, then run login process and not log out during the day) ?
What BP version are you using?
