Calling a Web Service Concurrently

Hi All,

I have exposed one process (background mode) as web service (Blue Prism 6.4.1). And we have 10 licences in place. When i am calling 10 threads (from ARC) of this web service at same time to run it on a single machine then Blue Prism is just triggering only 4 (sometimes 5) instances concurrently.

1. Why its not starting all 10 instances on single machine, if 10 licenses are there?

2. Do we have any settings to change calls count for concurrent sessions for Web Services?

Try slowing the 10 calls down a little (more like 1 by 1 and less like 10 simultaneously) to see if that helps.
