Hi
I have an issue where I take data from an excel (with formulas) into a collection to work within my process. Once that is finished, I save the Excel as an Archive for reference.
I will then take an Excel template (with formulas) and write back any rows from my collection that I want to process next time. For those rows that are written back to the Excel Template, the formulas are missing.

I suspect this has been discussed before but would like some up to date advice. We are still on Windows 7 so working in Excel 2007.
Thanks

------------------------------
Dawn Merwanji
Systems Developer
John Lewis
Europe/London
------------------------------
Hi @Dawn Merwanji,

Whenever you get the data from excel using "Get Worksheet as Collection" and your data contains formulas, then the collection takes data as text value rather than formulas. That is the reason, while pasting the collection to some other excel sheet, it was not pasting as Formulas but as a text value.

------------------------------
Ritansh Jatwani Senior Consultant
Consultant
EY
Gurgaon
*If you find this post helpful mark it as best answer
------------------------------
Hi
Thanks for your reply - Do you know if there is a workaround to retain the Formulas..

------------------------------
Dawn Merwanji
Systems Developer
John Lewis
Europe/London
------------------------------
