    <description>I also have opened a support ticket. I got reply that it is well known issue and they are working on it.
As workaround (for administrative tasks) I have been advised to use direct DB connection. It works faster.</description>

      <description>Recently I upgraded My BP to ver.6.2.

When I configure the schedule setting, the loading bar will pop up and freeze about 30 sec.&amp;nbsp;

&amp;nbsp;

There are no any error.

&amp;nbsp;

But I don't know why after I upgraded my BP version&amp;nbsp;to 6.2, It becomes a time-consuming action.

&amp;nbsp;

Does anyone face this issue?</description>

      <description>I've opened a case with support yesterday. Let's see if they are able to solve this issue.
Further we are&amp;nbsp;experiencing a lot of performance issues when trying to run a schedule by using the 'run now' function. Blue Prism becomes unresponsive for up to 30 seconds saying 'Blue Prism (Not responding)'. All in all, it's very slow.. With the previous Versions everything is working properly in our environment.
Do you have the same problem as well?</description>
