The closest I can think of, is if one of the two systems have different keyboard regions active. For example, US vs UK. Could you get around this consistently by saving the text to the clipboard and pasting?

Upper case and special characters (that uses Shift, say "!") is not working when passed to Citrix application

Hi All, When entering values on Citrix screen - Upper case and special characters (that uses shift) is not working. "Global Send KeyEvent" action is used, and this was working fine before, no change is made to code. (Currently the value "ABc12!" is passed as "abc121" )

Could any settings change in local machine cause incorrect values put in Citrix application (now that its passing the uppercase and shift is being recognized) ? Appreciate input. Thank you.
