"Global Send KeyEvent" action is used, and this was working fine before, no change is made to code. (Currently the value "ABc12!" is passed as "abc121" )  Could any settings change in local machine cause incorrect values put in Citrix application (now that its passing the uppercase and shift is being recognized) ?
