If your resource pc is not stuck and just need to restart the system
Utility Env - Start process
Inputs - Application -C:\Windows\ system32\shutdown
Arguments -&amp;nbsp;
The arguments are:
/r /t 30 /f
&amp;nbsp;
/r = restart
/t 30 = give 30 seconds warning
/f = force
&amp;nbsp;
Assuming your VDI has the a batch file for starting the RR at startup

      <description>Hi Ashish,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;We are using 6.3 version, we are following login/logout multiple times a day but some time After the completion of the main process it suppose to log out the process but it is stuck in pending state(We scheduled the process). i saw many people are using command line argument as you suggested in the post. So Is there a reason why the connection status was stuck in control room? And also you are suggesting to restart the machine. Instead I want to shut down the process?
