Bot not reading the comment box correctly with multiple lines

Hi,

The Bot is reading a comment box which has multiple lines in it. When it is read, the end result does not have the space between each lines.

For eg:

Actual Comment -

Send Financial Statement to (Mark) to forward
to donor

Bot Read Comment -

Send Financial Statement to (Mark) to forwardto donor

Can someone help me here to read the comment box correctly.

Also, could you do a test? Check what the html output looks like if it has a line break delimiter, you can capture the html value and carry out the necessary processing.
