Not Able to run Active Directory Commands through Blue Prism

Hi everyone,

In my project we have upgraded the BP version to 6.10 from 6.4. We were able to run powershell commands and connect to active directory to fetch data and make changes to it. However after upgrading to 6.10 BP is not able to fetch data from active roles server.

Result with BPv6.4 on searching a user - user found

Result with BPv6.10 on searching a user - No result upon searching the user with LAN ID

Can someone suggest a solution forthis?

Hi Sudha,

If you debug the process and run into the object:

what stage is giving an exception?
what exactly does the exception say?
