SAP Spying issue

Hi All,

Did anyone faced the issue of SAP spying where the application is at some other location and the spying is happening at different location?

It seems to be some settings issue. Can anyone guide on the above issue?

Hi Manpreet,

There are some high-level suggestions in our Knowledge Base I would recommend you review as a first step, as SAP spying can be tricky at times. It may be that this area would require Region Mode/Surface Automation, but hopefully these suggestions help:

"How do I interact with a specific SAP control which cannot be spied?"
"How can I spy the SAP Grid directly?"

Our "Troubleshooting SAP" parent KB article contains links to several other related articles with common troubleshooting scenarios for spying SAP interfaces -- for example, if this is TreeView element there are specific considerations for Blue Prism.
