BPPI - Recoding is not getting started

whenever I am trying to start the recording by selecting my host and click start, i am only getting a prompt that recording will be started but it is not. and my status is also showing offline.

Any expert advice on what can be done here. i am also trying to find in documentation in the mean time.

Hello Jhogel - my issue got resolved.

For me- every time i was triggering the recording- it was not started. When i checked in my system tray- i got an error saying unable to start the recording, try to restart.

i restarted my system and it start working.
