Secret manager to retrive password not working

I am supporting an existing project in Blue prism.
In login Agent process , In order to protect the password , they have used s code "Secret manager", where the input "secret id "was send and the secret manager will be sending the password for the password field and the Login agent will run sucessfully.In the recent times ,it was not working properly, the password send from the secret manager was empty.So the login is getting failed. can run any process in unattended mode. can anyone help us to fix this issue

Hi Bhavithra - from your description I would guess that either the id/key that BP is sending to the (3rd party) credential manager is invalid, or the credential manager API is offline.

Hello John Carter,

The process had worked fine for nearly one year. No changes has been made in the "secret Manger code" and input remains the same. How come it will turned wrong in recent times. can you please clarify this
