When we press alt button to change the spy mode, SAP menu comes up. We need to minimize all the applications in order to change the mode and still unable to spy/highlight any of the elements. We have this issue across the team at different locations. We were able to launch SAP, while trying to use filter option in SAP launchpad using Win mode it's failing. once we skip that step, in the next screen bot is able to work properly (enter username, password, tcode,....) in SAP mode. This issue came all at once for all resources across multiple locations at once. We are unable to spy any element using WIN mode. For the past one year, we were able to automate processes in SAP. Since the past few days none of the bots are operational and unable to spy initial screens in any mode.
