    <description>Hello, I have an outlook for my personal emails on my local machine but I have an requirement saying that I have to access the outlook emails from citrix login. If anyone could able to help me how to resolve this issue that would be great.&amp;nbsp;
Requirement: Login into citrix and then click on Outlook Icon installed on citrix and access the email(this outlook is shared with HR department).

Note: I am able to login into outlook on citrix but not able to read any emails from this account rather I see that bot is pulling the emails from my personal emails.&amp;nbsp;</description>

      <description>If the target Outlook is presented via Citrix it means it is not installed on the local machine, and BP has no&amp;nbsp;way to talk to it programatically. It sounds like Surface Automation would be the only option, but that is a difficult technique to master. I would investigate any non-Citrix ways to access email before trying Surface Automation.</description>
