      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm glad to hear you got past the original 502.5 error. In order to investigate this new error, I would recommend looking into the Windows Event Viewer logs and the Hub logs for more information to determine the problem.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Our KB article, "&lt;A href="https://support.blueprism.com/en/support/solutions/articles/7000078497-how-to-gather-logs-to-investigate-issues-with-hub-and-its-related-plugins" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;How to gather logs to investigate issues with Hub and its related plugins&lt;/A&gt;" explains how to locate these logs for review.
