Hi HongJoo,

Blue Prism Server draws existing certificates from the OS, under various certificate store. It does not allow creation of a new certificate. You must already have certificate installed in those locations found on the Local Machine Certificate Store before launching the configuration utility.

Hope this helps.

------------------------------
Bruce Liu
Senior Product Consultant, Professional Services
Blue Prism
Australia/Sydney
------------------------------
Hi, Community

One of my colleagues is failing to create a Certificate from the BP Server while configurating the connection mode: SOAP with TCP Encryption common. Can anyone help for the following error?

This is his first try to create the Certificate therefore there's no existing stored one. If I'm correct, I didn't have a problem in creating a "New" Certificate. How should we troubleshoot this case?

Thanks in advance.

Regards

------------------------------
HongJoo Choi
------------------------------
