Blue Prism 7.1 Login Agent issue

Hello Everyone,
Recently we installed Blue Prism version 7.1.
The logout process is triggered properly but the Runtime resource will be always in the "Idel stage" & it will not signout or logout. Also, I am not able to find the login agent config file. If I do manually sign out from the RR it will go into either offline status or connection lost.

Below are steps that I had already followed to resolve the above issue
1) Double checked the connection name given in the Login Agent
2) Folder path given while configuring the login agent is also correct
3) Blue Prism Login Agent service is set to automatic & service is in the running status
4) Blue Prism Login Agent Service, Log details are also configured properly (Had given the option of "This Account" with proper admin credentials
5) In event logs, it is showing the event is completed without any errors or warning
6) In startup parameters I am giving a delay or 5 seconds and "False" in the force flag

Hello @Rushabh Dedhia,

As per 7.1 release notes i can see only this minor change . From which version of Blue prism - you are upgrading to version 7.1

Yes, I am aware of the new changes, but I don't think it should have any effect on the issue which we are facing.
