<title>topic MapiEx - get mail function in Product Forum</title>
    <link>https://community.blueprism.com/t5/Product-Forum/MapiEx-get-mail-function/m-p/90195#M40456</link>
<description>I ran the process in Production environment on a VM&amp;nbsp;last week and it was taking on average 1 min 30 seconds to read a standardised email form (using "get mail" action on the Mapiex VBO). Running the same action this week and the run time of this action has now increased dramatically to 2 min 30 seconds/ 3 mins?! Note the size of the email is on average the same.

Can you advise if this is a known issue and how I can resolve?

Thanks
