Utility - Environment - Start Process Read Stderr and Stdout - Warning state

Hi,

I was having an issue that sometimes bot stuck on this stage Utility - Environment - Start Process Read Stderr and Stdout and will have a warning state on control room. The argument will download all the JSON Files transcription from API but there are times that bot was stuck on this stage and few files has been downloaded in the folder path, it wont proceed to download the other remaining and will stuck until I terminate on purpose. Is there a way to prevent the warning state for this stage? It affects the other scheduled process whenever we encounter intermittent issue on this stage.

Arguments: "cd '\\Networkpath\FolderPath\Config\'
spx batch transcription download --foreach file in '\\NetworkPath\FolderPath\Config\file.urls.txt'--output path ./files"
Process name: powershell.exe

Hi Kirby,

There are two ways to limit or disable the warning time:

1. System > Settings screen in the System Wide Settings area

2. Overriding the Warning threshold for the Start Process action in Utility environment object.
