Not able to Launch Google Chrome in Runtime resource when scheduled/created session in controller

HI,
We are Not able to Launch Google Chrome in Runtime resource when scheduled/created session in controller.(Prod Env)
When I run a process in RR, able to launch chrome, but when tried from IC/controller not able to launch chrome in RR.

We are using BP6.9 enterprise. Any suggestion is very helpful for us.

What happens if you try launching chrome using the "Utility - Environment" VBO, "Start Process" action?

Hi James,

Whenever chrome launches in RR, the screen gets locked. We have resolved this issue using login agent and changing few settings like never turnoff display, sleep time in VM. Now its working fine.
