Release lock

Hi All,

I'm getting the below error when running the process. Process was running pretty good from long time in prod.

Can someone explain me why I got the below error. Thanks in advance.

Hi Vijay,

Is your process calling any specific objects or APIs? Take a look at the Blue Prism logs to see if you can pinpoint the page, the stage and or the object/API in the process that causing this error to appear. Once you identify the source, try stepping into that page or object to see if you can get more details.
