It could be a timing issue if what you are seeing works when stepping through but not at full speed. It could also be a 32bit/64bit issue so it may be worth experimenting with the Applictation Modeller modes. Usually, it's easiest to attach to Citrix launched applications with a navigate stage which attaches based on window title.
