We're investigating a Blue Prism setup with a firewall between the LAN with the runtime resources and the LAN with the application server. We're using Blue Prism 6.2 and have set up the server connection mode to be "WCF: SOAP with Message Encryption". I know about the use of the default ports (8181 / 8199), are there any other TCP ports that need to be opened up to allow the communications? Thanks in advance, Ian Marshall

Hi Ian, It depends on the configuration which you want to use, many of the components like RR can be started on a different port using command line also and are configurable. I suggest going through the documents depending upon the type of architecture you are planning for and make a list of ports. For eg, if for development you may decide to have 2 RR's or 2 App servers in a single machine or combine 2 environments on the same VM, so in that case you have to open the extra ports according to the configuration.
