firewall rule setup

Hi, I am trying to setup a runtime resource server and an application server, I read on the infrastructure guide that by default BP is using port 8181/8199 I am not familiar with firewall rules setup so, my question is what ports should I open or create a rule on? there's an option of Inbound and Outbound port. but I don't know what port to use? is it the 8181 or the 8199? I'm guessing that on Application server I need to create an inbound rule for 8199? but how about for outbound rule? same for runtime resource, should I create an inbound rule for 8181? and what about the outbound rule? thank you.

Hi,

For Runtime Resource Server, inbound port 8181 must be opened.
For App Server, inbound port 8199 must be opened.
No need for outbounds.
