Well of course they have permissions assigned - actually all Display/View/Read permissions are ticked in the individual section - also Read Access to Queue Management, Read Access to Session Management, Display Objects, Display Processes - many of them...but still it does not work.

Users not able to login

Hi everyone,

we have an installation running for quiet a long time and we now wanted to add some auditors to the system. So we created a new AD group and put them in - we also created a new User-Rights-Set in Blueprism and assigned the AD group to it - BluePrism also lists correctly all users in this group.

However, when these users try to login to BP they get the error message that they cannot login because they do not belong to a group that allows login.

Now I checked back and forth all possible user rights and there is no right like "Allow Login" - is there a trick which of the rights need to be ticked, so they can login ?

Well, what permissions you assigned to this newly created group for auditors. If they do not have any permissions assigned then they can't even log in. So give them Read Only permissions on queue for example and then they should be able to log in.
