Hope this might helps you.

How to do automation for Citrix - XenApp using Citrix ICA client

Good Day

We could not identify elements in the applications(web and windows) that are opened in Citrix ICA client with any of the modes(Win32, Accessibility, HTML, Ui Automation).
Process designed to interact with Citrix ICA client (C:\Program Files (x86)\Citrix\ICA Client\wfica32.exe) which launched from a user€™s desktop.

Is there any way to find element ids in web and windows applications?

Please advise, how to automate the applications that are being opened in Citrix ICA client program using Blue Prism tool.

If the target application is presented via Citrix then it will be a remote app with no local presence other than the image shown by Citrix. If that is the case then Surface Automation is the only option. None of the other spy modes will work because there is nothing to spy, only an image.
