    <description>Hi.&amp;nbsp; We use this quite often and it works ok.&amp;nbsp; Just check that the schedule is set up correctly.&amp;nbsp; If you have made any changes, have you clicked on the ""Apply Changes"" button at the bottom?&amp;nbsp; Are the processes connected to an available resource?&amp;nbsp; I would just go through step by step and rule out any issues.</description>

      <description>Thanks, but it seems maybe an issue with appserver, I get : blue prism not responding when clicking on Run Now, schedule should be OK, we are running it every day, it's just when I want to run out of schedule</description>
