Error While Working with Adobe Acrobat Reader DC

Hi All,

I'm not able to spy Adobe Acrobat DC window using any of the modes. I just want to spy the whole window to just active it whenever required and to check if successfully launched or not. But getting the below error while trying to spy the application window

Error While Spying :

Error Details:

System.ApplicationException: The window spied was not found in the model
at BluePrism.AMI.clsAMI.Spy(clsElementTypeInfo& elementType, List`1& identifiers)
at AutomateUI.frmIntegrationAssistant.HandleSpyOrLaunchClick(Object sender, EventArgs e)

And also let me know best practices to be kept in mind while working with Adobe Acrobat Reader DC - Windows Application.
