    <description>Hi Dominik - &lt;EM&gt;"&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;EM&gt;all virtual resources, on all process in random times"&lt;/EM&gt; suggests that there is something wrong at an environmental level. If there is no pattern to when or where the problem arises, then perhaps the one common aspect is the environment where the resource PCs and processes run?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Perhaps as a test you could create a 'neutral' test process that runs in a loop doing nothing much - run that and see if anything goes wrong. If all is OK then make the process do a little more, eg access the shared drive, and see if the issue returns.       <title>BP freezed - working with shared drive</title>

      <description>Hello all, I hope you are doing well.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;First of all, I apologize for my English.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;We have problems with BP freezing during actions working with files on sharedrive (opening files/saving files/etc...).&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;There are some microblackouts on our company's sharedrive maybe, but not something you could recognize by normal use.&lt;BR /&gt;When BP freeze, process status in control room stays in warning state until virtual resource is restarted.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;It happens sometimes across all virtual resources, on all process in random times.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;It does not depend on if process starts remotely from control room or starts directly from process studio.&lt;BR /&gt;I was lucky once when a process freezed during run from studio. BP process studio was freezed including all others BP windows.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Is there any workaround or fix for it?
