Hello Sankar

Whenever a new version of Blue Prism is launched then it is tested against the latest version of Chrome available at that. So, We recommend disabling automatic updates of Google Chrome browser in your Production Environment, as we cannot guarantee that all future versions of Chrome will work without issue, as future Chrome updates are outside of our control.

For more information, you can go through the knowledge base article as below:

http://portal.blueprism.com/customer-support/support-center#/path/1303017642

Regards
Karan Sareen

------------------------------
Karan Sareen
Solution Support Engineer
Blueprism
Australia/Sydney
------------------------------
I was able to work with Chrome till last week with BP 6.5 version. I believe I had a Chrome 75v. But Today when the Chrome updated to v76 Blue Prism elements identified using browser mode stopped working.

Is BP 6.5 not supported Chrome 76? Any work around?

------------------------------
Sankar Sarma
RPA Consultant
Lion Co
------------------------------
