Outlook Login

Hello All,

We are following a password mechanism where the Outlook & the Server password is changing every week. So outlook is not taking the new password by default to stay logged in.

So is there any way that Blue Prism can be used to perform the Outlook login operation.
Kindly advise.

Are you using the standard MS Outlook Email VBO?

Hi @SimanchalaPatta,

If Outlook is prompting for a password you would need to create a separate VBO to actually launch Outlook and automate the UI. In other words you would create an Application Model of the UI to be able to capture the login dialog and populate the details. Once that's complete, the regular Outlook VBO will be able to function as-is.
