topic RE: Exposing different object in 2 different BP connection use same 8181 port? in Product Forum

Not sure what you're asking exactly Raghav. The connection config applies to the machine (ie the Resource PC or Interactive Client) not the processes or objects. 8181 is the default port the machines listen on.

------------------------------
John Carter
Professional Services
Blue Prism
------------------------------
If I have created two connections in Blue Prism and I expose objects in both of them would they use the same default port of 8181? Would there be some conflict and what to do for such scenarios?

------------------------------
Raghav Gupta
------------------------------
Alright got it. I thought earlier that only 1 process or object runs on port 8181. But if you open simultaneously 2 interactive clients with different database connections, they both can use port 8181 and resource pc as a personal runtime resource.

------------------------------
Raghav Gupta
------------------------------
