MAPIEx Moving Emails back to Main Inbox

Hi All, The documentation for the Move Mail MAPIEx function implies that if the Move to Sub-Folder parameter is left empty the email will be moved back to the main inbox. However I'm having an issue where the email will remain in its current sub folder. Does anyone have a solution to this problem?

Hi Mark,

What version of Blue Prism you are having? Not aware of MAPIEx has this capability, you may want to try out outlook VBO.

If you try to read a message from a Share Folder in the Inbox or Subfolder, then respond to this message and moved to another Subfolder also part of Inbox, if that is the case. Blue Prism 6.8 includes a new MS Outlook VBO that supports that.

Please also confirm if you have "Outlook.dll" in your Blue Prism Automate folder. The DLL must be present in order for the Outlook VBO to work.
