This query arrived because a webpage shows some pop-ups with multiple errors, and the robot got stuck for more than 3 hours on the same item. Therefore, I would like to implement an approach for addressing these unknown scenarios. Thus, in case the robot is working on the same queue item for more than 5 minutes, mark the item as exception, and move for the next one. I cannot have a separated robot and use the object Utility - Locking and Lock Item, for implementing this timeout logic.
