unable to send Mail Using Mapiex

Hi, i'm unable to send mail using Mapiex.. i'm getting below error. Failed to access message store' error when using the MAPIEx VBO Failed to access message store. and i follow the below link but even though i'm getting same error. https://portal.blueprism.com/customer-support/knowledge-base/failed-access-message-store-error-when-using-mapiex-vbo can any one help me on this? It sounds like the mail profile could be wrong somehow.

but I have given default…

but I have given default Mail profile only ""Outlook""(control panel--> searched mail 32 bit--> opened the properties--> copied and pasted the my Object studio). I don't know why it throwing error.
