Automation.exe has stopped Error

Hi, While interacting with web Application, Using Html Mode Click event is not working..it is highlighting the element but not clicking on that element..so we tried using AA mode. When ever we use AA Mode we getting "Automation.exe has stopped Error" and then automatically blue prism is closing. Why click event is not working in Web Application using HTML mode. Thanks in Advance.

Hi, Which BP version and what browser are you using? Are you sure that you spied this element correctly? It may be possible that you spied the container of your target element, not the element itself, hence the highlighting. Best Regards,

We are using BP version 5...and we are using IE browser.. we have spied the element correctly. When we are using AA mode we are getting automate.exe error and bp tool is getting closed automatically. Thanks, Bala
