Allow role to change run speed in debug mode

Hello,

I'd like the role process administrator to be allowed to change the run speed of a process in debug mode. User is currently only able to click on run but not to select the run speed. This button is greyed out.

I wasn't able to find anything in the "Security - User Roles". Can you help me?
