Chinese Characters Display

We have a resource has system upgraded from Win7 to Win10, when we use Get Worksheet As Collection, all Chinese characters are displayed as "????". While it looks good in excel open at local machine. Try to copy Chinese into collection, it looks good, but recover to "????" after close it and reopen. Chinese package has been well installed in excel application. What the problem it will be?
