Are you talking about using a mobile device as a work source input device to feed a Blue Prism process, are you talking about interface with mobile device apps? Blue Prism is a .NET windows platform - so you will be constrained by that. There are things such as phone emulators and I guess those could be automated although this would most probably be done with surface automation techniques, not sure if these fit your needs though.
