Upgrading from 6.9 to 6.10.5 (Need guidance)

Hi Everyone.

We are planning to upgrade Blue Prism from 6.9 to 6.10.5.
Can you please share detailed guidance - or Steps that I should follow to make this easy and quick?

While I read upgrade notes and all the information provided - Please share your valuable thoughts and experience on this.

Hi @Kolli Sai Vikas,

1) Take a backup of the overall code before the migration along with work queues, credentials, environment variables etc.
2) Post the migration, check the app server is able to connect the database and the relevant accesses are still relevant
3) Make sure to check if the listener is able to connect to the app server
