Decipher Web Login- Password Reset

Can anyone please help me with how to reset decipher web login password?

Hi Prativa,

Passwords can be reset in the user panel. However, that requires for a least one user to be able to log in and have permission to access this screen.

Do you have a credential with access to this or do you need to reset this without accessing the UI?

Thank you @Ben.Lyons1 for responding.
I logged in to Decipher using the default credentials "admin" and resetted my password long back, Now I am unable to login since I forgot my password.

For this issue I wanted to know how to reset password without accessing UI

In this instance you'll need to raise a support ticket and our customer support team will be able to guide you through the steps needed to reset the password.
