They will ask for logfiles, release-files and some other information. But I am pretty sure, that they will find a solution. Sorry for not helping you.       <title>Application Error Memory Could not be Read</title>

      <description>​Hello everyone,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;We encountered this application error when our Blue Prism process interacting with another windows based application. The application is coded in VB6.0 and the Blue Prism process runs on Windows Server 2016. We've tried to increased the wait time before and after the steps that triggers the error, but it didn't work.
